Financial Analyst
Seeking a Financial Analyst who wants to make an impact.
Our client’s mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work directly with the CFO bringing your analytical and data skills to support key services and programs.
Lead efforts to enhance the organization’s reporting capabilities in support of a recent NetSuite implementation. The successful candidate will streamline processes, optimize data utilization, and create insightful reports. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who values work-life balance, as we offer a 40-hour work week with minimal to no overtime expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve outstanding issues and refine processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system.
- Develop and implement detailed reports and queries within NetSuite, delivering meaningful insights to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Engage in routine accounting processes, including check processing, account reconciliations, and monthly book closures as needed.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support organizational goals.
- Identify, propose, and lead projects that create value, enhance operational efficiencies, and increase our reliance on data-driven insights.
Ideal Qualifications
- BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience (This may include internships).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is essential, with the ability to build queries and reports.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes, including accrual and cash-basis accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze P&Ls, identify variances, and conduct root cause analysis.
- An inclination toward identifying process improvements and independently driving data-driven solutions.
