The Opportunity
As the Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of core accounting operations and play a key role in scaling the function to support continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team, solve problems, and implement better ways of doing things.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining visibility into the business while helping create structure in an environment that is evolving quickly.
What You Will Do
Lead and Develop a Team
- Manage and develop a team across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Set expectations, coach performance, and build a strong, accountable team culture
- Be a hands on leader, someone your team can rely on for both guidance and support
Own Core Accounting Operations
- Oversee AP and AR functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support and improve the month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Step in to resolve issues, anomalies, and complex transactions
